I have not as yet received the package as there was no one at the delivery address & the package was returned to the depot. I contacted the delivery company & was informed that the package was returned to JELYBNZ. for Kids. I then emailed JELYBNZ regarding the issue. JELYBNZ did not respond to my email. I would like to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Marshall Bellotti

I'm sorry you haven't received your order. You mentioned in your email that the people who live at the shipping address you used were away overseas and weren't able to receive the parcel. It is best to use an address where the parcel can be accepted by someone available to receive it.
After receiveing notification from Aramax, apparently your parcel is still being held at the depot and they are waiting for a response from you. You are able to request a redivery and you can also change the shipping address if required. If you fail to collect within reasonable time, your parcel will be returned to sender. A refund will be issued once it has been received by our warehouse.
I hope you will be able to receive your order soon and hope this information assists you to have a better experience with online purchases in the future.
