Refund policy


Items purchased from JLYBNZ are eligible for a full refund if returned within 14 days of delivery. Goods must be returned in original condition & packaging.

JLYBNZ refunds DO NOT include freight costs and will only be the cost of the products sold. 

If you would like to exchange for another product, you will need to return the unsuitable item for refund within 14 days and place a new order for the preferred item.

All SALE items on the website are not eligible for a refund. 

Please contact JLYBNZ before returning any items so that a refund can be arranged.

Return shipping costs are at the customers’ expense. We recommend sending your items back with a trackable service as JLYBNZ cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels. 

Please allow 3-5 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.

If goods purchased are faulty, you receive an item and it is not as described or we have sent you an incorrect item, please contact JLYBNZ to arrange reply paid return of the item for repair, or replacement if item is unable to be repaired. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will rectify this as quickly and smoothly as possible for you.
